Where is the nearest ATM?

The nearest ATM is located at Tesco Metro, head towards Bayswater road and turn right. It is less than a 2 minute walk.

Is The Abbey accessible friendly

There are no lifts at The Abbey. None of the ground floor rooms are specially adapted for mobility, hearing or vision impairment and there are some steps to enter the hotel itself required. 

Can you provide baggage assistance

If you do need assistance with your bags please do ask a member of staff.

Where is the nearest car rental

The nearest car rental is an Enterprise rental on Uxbridge Street just a short walk from the hotel. 

What time is check out?

Check out time is 11:00am. Please return leave your key to reception. 

Do you provide baby cots?

We are happy to provide travel cots in your room. Please contact us to arrange a cot if it has not been pre-booked.

What happens if I need a doctor?

If you require medical assistance, we recommend using Doctor Call.

What happens in the event of a fire?

Please exit the building via your nearest exit. Our staff will keep you informed of the next steps.

Is there wifi at the hotel?

Are there irons and ironing boards?

These are located in your wardrobe.

Is there luggage storage?

We can hold your luggage for you, please contact reception and they will assist you.

Is there a supermarket nearby

Supermarket – There is both an M&S simply food and a Little Waitrose around a 2-3 minute walk away on Bayswater road. Turn right out of the building, and right onto Bayswater Road. 

Is there parking?

We do not offer onsite parking, please visit Parkopedia for closest parking spaces. 

Can I bring my pet?

Pets are welcome to stay at The Abbey (but must be by prior arrangement). We do have a "doggy welcome package" available for you to purchase.

Where is the nearest pharmacy?

The nearest pharmacy in Notting Hill Pharmacy is located on Pembridge Road just a 2 minute walk. 

I want to amend my reservation what do I do?

If you made your booking directly, please contact us. If you made your reservation through a third party you will need to contact them. Any amendments will be subject to the conditions of your booking.

How often is room serviced?

Your rooms are serviced only if you place the "Please make up my room sign" on your door. Towels are not replaced unless you leave them in the designated area within your bathroom, However should you require any additional amenities such as toiletries, tea and coffee replenished in the meantime please do let us know. 

Can I smoke?

No smoking is permitted, anyone found to breach this rule will be asked to vacate immediately and be fined. 

What time can I check in?

Check in is from 3pm

What toiletries are supplied?

We supply shampoo, shower gel and soap , should you need anything else please do let us know as we do have toothbrushes, sanitary products and other emergency items if you have forgotten them.
